  1. Paul, I was wondering about Muay Thai and my knees this week. I used to do heavy bag work outs and with the shape of my knees recently I was thinking Muay Thai may help. No, I don’t want to fight but I would love to train as I think it would do wonders to get me in shape and may get my knees stronger.

    1. Hi Tim, I’ll have to see what affect this will have on my knees. I’m hoping that the by building up the muscles in that area of the body it will mean I’m less prone to anything going wrong with the knee. I think the nice thing about Muay Thai is it really does seem to work every part of the body.
