Hire Me – Writing Services
I am willing to consider all writing projects including:
- Articles
- eBooks
- Ghost-writing
I turned full-time as a writer in 2009. I have written hundreds of articles under my own name and thousands more for other people. My first book ‘Last Escape’ was published in 2008 and my second book Dead Drunk was released in April 2010. My third book is all about my experiences learning Muay Thai and this is due to be published in mid 2012.
I am serious about my writing, but I don’t take myself too seriously. I like to have the best possible relationship with those who use my services. I am available online throughout the day (Thai time), and I always respond promptly to emails. If clients request it I can also provide communication through Skype. I never outsource my work.
You can contact me anytime on info@paulgarrigan.com
You can find examples of my work here on the website or you can check out my articles printed elsewhere

Having become a ‘Friend of Bill’ in 1975, I’m glad to meet another friend. I’ve been to meetings in BKK since 1980: down those small soi’s to the church. I don’t remember the people I met there, but it was wonderful.
More recently I’ve been to Chiang Mai and the old teak meeting house behind the hospital. Still communicate with one of the guys I met there. Mostly I send him comic stuff I’ve found on the internet musings.
Through the Stumble-Upon journey today, they matched me as someone with mutual interests. YES I delight in Thailand and have thoroughly experienced those delightful smiles. I expect to return just as soon as the CA lottery picks some of my numbers. Hope to meet you in person then.

Hi Dick, I went to the meetings for a couple of years during my twenties. I have fond memories of that time and still have a lot of respect for the organisation; although I don’t follow that path anymore. I hope you get those numbers on the lotter; you would get on well with my wife
Hi Paul,
I used to do copy editing for George Gensbichler at Bangkok Books, and had the task of copy editing the manuscript for your Bangkok Books title about the temple where you go to vomit.
At the time I found it uplifting and hoped that the temple experience might be a turning point in your life. Now I find – via a post on ThaiVisa.com – that you are indeed still with us and thriving in your new life as a writer.
Well done that man.

It’s really nice to hear from you Ron. It is amazing how much my life has changed in recent years. I only went to the temple to stop the pain, but I’ve been given so much more. Mind you, I do have a lot of pain in my life at the moment as I’m doing full-time Muay Thai training. I’m in my forties and building up to my first fight. If you had told me a few years ago that I’d be doing such intense training there is no way I would have believed you. I’m a different person.
