There is not much here at the moment but over the next few weeks I will be adding content. This will be the new home for my addiction and recovery blog and podcast

I’d never thought about backing up my blogs…my work websites are composed on my PC and then shot up into cyberspace, so I have two copies of all, at all times…will have to think about cloning like Talen suggested.
