From Dead Drunk to Fighting Muay Thai

As mentioned last week I’m planning a new book which will be due for release in 2012. This is going to document what happens when a middle aged ex-drunk decides that he wants to fight Muay Thai. I’m expecting this to be the hardest challenge I’ve ever faced; it is going to test me both physically and mentally. You can follow my progress on my other website middle aged Muay Thai. You can also read more about my plans by visiting the Maverick House website and reading my post ‘from coward to Muay Thai fighter’.

Dead Drunk was released in eBook format a couple of weeks ago. The first couple of chapters are now available to read online for free if you visit here. If anyone who has read the book would like to leave a review on Amazon I’d be most appreciative. Of course the paperback version is still available as well.

  1. Paul, you are an inspiration to me. After our many discussions on the subject of getting healthier, just this morning I decided to take Tai Chi lessons. I did think about Thai boxing but I’m not in the same category. So CONGRATS on your new ventures and thanks for the inspiration 🙂

  2. Paul,

Really enjoying the podcasts. You’re an inspiration. Please keep ’em coming!
