Great episode Paul. It is so true that coping with crises can be a very challenging time for those in recovery. The urge to self-medicate can be compelling, even long after the immediate disaster passes. Given the scope of the flooding disaster in Bangkok, these types of issues will be prevalent.

I wish you and your family the best in these difficult times. My wife’s family and friends and other friends who live in BKK are also in disarray (most have fled to other parts of the country).

    Take care!
