    nice reminder for listeners on the issues of anger, really good to hear not just the good but also the confronting steps life has. Congrats on 5 years, i’m at 19 months almost. I still count, one day maybe not, but probably not, some moments just mean too much to forget.

    • Hi Paul, I think it is the tough parts of life that are the most important. When everything is going well I just tend to coast along. It is facing problems that seems to improve my life
